Factiva is a platform that provides access to the news archives of a wide range of publications relevant to the business needs of Dow Jones’ customers.

I was involved with user research and testing, architecting the global environment elements, designing several of the data modules, and exploring and testing the mobile experience.

• Design interactions for enterprise web and mobile applications in Dow Jones' Factiva product line

• Create wireframes based on business requirements and user goals

• Refine interactions through visual design and prototyping of the user interface

• Redesign visual interface components to meet Section 508 Accessibility Standards

• Validate decisions through iteration, rapid prototyping, and user testing of designs

• Document visual design and interaction patterns

• Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure pixel perfect implementation of design
