THE CHALLENGE

Build a platform to manage all aspects of people-based marketing, from campaign trafficking and inventory management to reporting and data analytics.

MY ROLE

LiveIntent is a people-based marketing technology platform that connects brands and publishers to their customers.

When I joined LiveIntent, the company already had a tested and proven product in the ad-tech space, but how a company gets to where it is won't get it to where it needs to be. The LiveIntent Platform was redesigned to improve performance, provide a better user experience, and adapt to the needs of a rapidly changing industry.

I worked with a small design team to collaborate with stakeholders across the business, marketing, technology, and product organizations. In my role, I was responsible for research, ideation, prototyping, testing, and delivery of designed solutions that balance internal and external needs against an array of constraints, while advocating for the user throughout the entire product lifecycle.
