MY ROLE

MakerBot Mobile is a companion app for operators of MakerBot Fifth Generation 3D printers.

One key feature of MakerBot Mobile is the ability to monitor and manage prints on an arbitrary number of internet-connected 3D printers, from anywhere.

I architected the app to maintain parity with the desktop software experience and provide a solid foundation for future needs. From initial concept through deployment, I managed the design process to ensure that the product was in line with business goals while maintaining user experience standards.

MakerBot Mobile is currently used by 4k+ users
