LiveIntent is a people-based marketing technology platform that connects brands and publishers to their customers.
When I joined LiveIntent, the company had already carved out a niche area of the ad-tech space with a successful e-mail marketing product used by many well-known brands. The product organization was tasked with leveraging data assets to extend the core product beyond e-mail, while at the same time redesigning the user-facing platform from the ground up.
I worked with a team of designers to collaborate with stakeholders on the product management, product operations, and customer success teams throughout the product life cycle, ultimately building a robust platform to meet the needs of a broad range of users.
